Acceptable use policy
Updated
Supported communities only
JoinGroup provides permanent links for supported community invites. Use it only for communities you manage or have permission to share. Each destination must be a supported, validated community URL. Do not use JoinGroup as a general website shortener, an arbitrary redirect service or a way to hide an unrelated destination.
Prohibited use
Do not use community links for phishing, scams, fraudulent offers, malware, credential theft, spam, harassment, threats, unlawful content or exploitation. Do not impersonate another person or community, mislead visitors about where a link goes, evade a suspension or try to bypass service limits and security checks.
You are responsible for the communities and invites you publish and for following the external platform’s rules. Owner-controlled routing must continue to lead only to supported community destinations. A reference capacity does not automatically detect whether a group is full.
Report a concern
Use Report a community with the permanent JoinGroup URL, a reason and optional context. Do not paste a private invite, password or sensitive personal data into the report. No account is required.
Reports are reviewed before moderation action. A report is not proof of a violation, and submitting one does not automatically remove a community. Authorized administrators may suspend a link to prevent public redirects or restore it after review.
If your link is suspended
Saved community data remains available to its owner. A suspended public link does not redirect, even if the owner’s link setting is Active. To request review, email info@joingroup.live from your account address and include the permanent JoinGroup link and a short explanation. Restoring a link preserves the owner’s existing destination and pause settings.
