The service and its operator
JoinGroup.live is operated by Joingroup. It provides software for community owners to create permanent JoinGroup links, manage supported community invites, control destination routing and review aggregate click analytics.

By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and the plan limits shown on our Pricing page. Our Privacy policy explains how the service processes data.
Community links only
You may save only supported community destinations, such as WhatsApp groups, Telegram groups/channels, Discord servers, Facebook Groups, Slack invitations and Reddit communities. JoinGroup is not a general website shortener or an arbitrary URL redirect service.
You are responsible for having permission to share each invite, following the external platform’s rules, keeping invites valid and setting destination status appropriately. Do not use the service for phishing, malware, fraud, spam, harassment or other unlawful activity.
Reports and moderation
Our Acceptable use policy applies to every community link. Anyone can report a public JoinGroup link. Reports are reviewed before action; submitting a report does not automatically suspend a community.
Authorized administrators can suspend a link to prevent public redirects and can restore it after review. Suspension preserves saved owner data and does not change the owner’s pause or destination settings. Contact info@joingroup.live from your account address if you believe your community was suspended in error.
Administrators can also suspend account access and revoke its sessions. This stops public redirects for all communities owned by that account while preserving saved data and billing records. Restoring account access does not unpause links or remove a separate community suspension. Account suspension does not cancel an existing payment mandate; contact support if you need help accessing cancellation or data-request controls.
Owners pay; visitors stay free
The Free plan and optional paid plans are for community owners. People opening a public JoinGroup link are not charged by JoinGroup and do not encounter our ads or a countdown before redirection. Plans and prices are displayed in INR, with monthly or annual recurring billing where selected.
A click or redirect does not prove that someone joined a community. External platforms control membership, permissions, invitation validity and service availability. Reference capacity is an owner’s note; JoinGroup does not detect whether a group is full.
Subscriptions, activation and cancellation
Cashfree handles recurring mandate authorization and payments. A ₹1 mandate authorization is separate from the subscription fee. Paid features activate only after JoinGroup verifies the successful full subscription charge with the payment provider; authorizing a mandate or returning from checkout does not activate a paid plan.
You can request cancellation in Settings → Billing. Cancellation must be confirmed by the provider. It stops future renewal charges while verified paid access continues through the end of the paid period. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused days or months, except where a refund or correction is required by applicable law. To change plans, cancel the existing mandate and wait until its paid period ends, then choose a new plan. Instant proration and overlapping subscriptions are not supported.
Plan limits and your data
Plan limits apply to new communities, destinations, tracked links and paid features. When paid access ends, existing community links and saved records are preserved; new additions and access to features or analytics history follow the current plan. Existing public routing is not disabled solely because an account is over its new plan limit.
Keep your password private and use an email address you control. Account verification and password recovery use email. There is no automatic account-deletion control in the app; contact info@joingroup.live for account or data requests.
Availability and support
JoinGroup depends on its hosting, email, payment and external community providers. We do not guarantee external community admission, invite validity or uninterrupted third-party availability.
