Subscription fees
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund unused days or months. Refunds or corrections required by applicable law remain available; payment-provider reversals and the refundable ₹1 mandate authorisation are separate from subscription fees.
This policy applies to JoinGroup’s paid software subscriptions. Community visitors do not pay JoinGroup to follow a public link.
Cancel future renewals
Open Settings → Billing and choose Cancel renewal, or cancel a pending subscription while it is awaiting activation. JoinGroup asks Cashfree to cancel the recurring mandate and shows whether confirmation is still pending.
Once cancellation is confirmed, future renewals stop. Verified paid access continues until the displayed paid-through date. Cancelling does not refund the remaining days or months of a monthly or annual subscription. Existing community links and saved records are preserved; current-plan limits apply to new additions after paid access ends.
Mandate authorization and payment corrections
The refundable ₹1 mandate authorization is separate from subscription fees. Its reversal or refund follows the payment provider and bank’s processing; we do not promise a fixed completion time. A pending, failed or reversed payment is not the same as a successfully paid subscription period.
Refunds or payment corrections required by applicable law remain available. There is no automatic refund button in the app. Where a refund or correction is required, the operator handles it through the payment provider; provider and bank processing times can vary.
Contact us about a billing issue
Email info@joingroup.live with your account email, payment/subscription reference, payment date, amount and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, security codes, bank credentials or passwords.
Changing plans is a separate process: cancel the current mandate, keep access through the paid period, then choose a new plan after that period ends. Instant proration is not supported.
