Digital software service
JoinGroup.live provides online community-link management software. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, courier deliveries or postal delivery dates. Your workspace and eligible features are accessed by signing into your account.
The Free plan is available after account email verification and sign-in. Paid plans increase the limits and features listed on the Pricing page; they do not sell external community membership.
When paid features become available
Cashfree first collects authorization for a recurring mandate. The ₹1 authorization is separate from the full plan fee and does not activate paid features.
The first subscription charge is scheduled after mandate setup. Cashfree and the selected payment method determine the confirmed debit schedule and processing status. JoinGroup activates paid features only after its server verifies the successful full subscription charge, with a paid period recorded on your account.
A browser return, screenshot, mandate approval or pending payment is not proof of a paid subscription charge. While confirmation is pending, your current plan and public community links keep working. Use Refresh billing in Settings → Billing to check the server-verified state.
Service or activation issues
If a completed payment has not resulted in the expected paid access, contact info@joingroup.live with your account email and payment/subscription reference. Do not send card details or bank credentials.
External community invites are managed by their owners and platforms. JoinGroup does not guarantee that an external invite is valid, that a group has capacity or that a visitor will be admitted. Destination Full/Paused status is controlled manually by the community owner.
